Don’t Miss the Season

It’s that time of year again. It’s varies somewhat depending on where you live, but here in Las Vegas we welcome the end of the hot summer months. I’m sure many people around the country have also been counting the days till the end of summer. Now the morning air feels cool and crisp once again as we welcome the change in weather. I want to take a momoent to remind everyone not to miss the season and to take advantage of the fall weather. It’s the perfect weather for an outdoor workout. It will be gone before we know it so don’t just confine your workout to the gym because you’ll have plenty of time for that during the coming winter months.

The possibilities for outdoor exercise are limitless but here are a few suggestions:

Go on a hike.
Take a bike ride.
Do your workout in the backyard or a nearby park.
Outdoor walk.
Go for a run or jog.
Use the outdoor track at a local school for a fast paced running workout.
