Exercise of the Week: The Turkish Get Up
This old school exercise is great for working multiple muscle groups including the legs, core, and shoulders.
Zach Even-esh, creator of The Underground Strength Coach, does a fantastic job of demonstrating how to do this exercise. It is traditionally done with a Kettlebell but could be used with other types of weights as long as you properly maintain your wrist alignment.
