Do you always over consume potato chips, corn chips, and other snack foods that come in bags and boxes? Next time don’t put the bag of chips or box of crackers between you and the TV. Instead put a serving on a plate and then put the bag or box back in the cabinet. You’ll be less likely to overeat or inconvenience yourself to get up and get more.
